If you have missed the ‘live’ performance of MISSING IN TALL PILLARS (Version 2 for Stage), here’s another chance to this multi-disciplinary performance on the screen.

About:

Missing In Tall Pillars is a new proscenium stage version of the previous site-specific work (of the same name) commissioned for the Singapore Arts Festival 2002.

Movement-based Multi-disciplinary Arts Company, EcNad Project Limited, evolves its ground-breaking cross-dimensional direction further through this melting pot performance encompassing line-based contemporary dance, expression-based organic movement, voice, video, lights, tailored-made music…

Centered around the theme of human’s fading identity within their very own increasingly urbanized world, dancers from differing countries of origin (SwitzerlandAustraliaHong KongSingapore) unite as creative ‘players’ through process-based rehearsals under the direction of Lim Chin Huat and Tan How Choon.

Visuals and Audio details by professional artistic collaborators (Lighting: Yo Shao Ann, Projection: Chew Tze Chuan, Music: Philip Tan) further expand and add on to this uncompromising work depicting human conditions with poignant artistry.

About the Video Documentary Screening:

Recorded footages are edited by Chew Tze Chuan specially for this Video Documentary Screening.

Though the performance is best to be viewed ‘live’, through careful video editing, we are putting it together again one more time for your viewing pleasure of this production (a near to half a year process).

So, if you have missed the ‘live’ performance of MISSING IN TALL PILLARS (Version 2 for Stage), here’s another chance to this multi-disciplinary performance on the screen.
